Cold Day, Warm Clothes
I never thought I would wear a dress with jeans, but since this one so closely resembles a tunic, I figured I'd rather be warm than endulge out-dated convictions.
Jeans: Kohl's
Boots: Target
Cowl neck dress (w/belt): Wet Seal

I'm usually not one for jeans with a design on them, but those look really cute with the tunic/dress.
Yup, that dress def works as a tunic...especially with the belt.
Definitely looks more like a tunic. And fashion rules are made to be broken.
I agree with meco about the jeans, but you look great.
And the belt really sets the tone for the whole look.
I think accessories are a must.
